Paralegal with real estate and probate experience
The Grantham Law Firm is an established small boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team, focusing on real estate and probate matters.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of managing a high-volume caseload with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion.
Responsibilities: Manage real estate and probate files from intake to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and probate pleadings. Conduct legal research on real estate and probate laws and procedures, ensuring compliance with Florida law. Coordinate real estate transactions, including managing due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, and preparing closing documents. Assist in trust and estate administration, including gathering and organizing asset and liability information. Handle e-filing and document recording processes with Florida courts.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in Florida real estate and probate law. Paralegal certification and/or a Bachelor's degree are preferred. Strong knowledge of Florida probate law and procedure. Must submit to a background check. About Company
