REPORTS TO: Location Manager STATUS: Non-exempt
SALARY RANGE:
$15.00 - $18.00/Hour
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible placing pre-printed labels on bags in a way that is suitable for retail. Use supplied machinery to fill bag with premixed product.
Use machine to seal bag closed so that product does not fall out during stacking or shipping process. Stack 50lb bags of product from conveyor belt to pallet in a straight and orderly manner.
May need to use pallet jack to move completed pallets to another location in order to keep consistent workflow.
Must be comfortable standing 90% of your workday.
Notifies location manager immediately of any malfunctions with machinery. Be willing to keep workspace clean and organized.
Maintains the facility and equipment image.
Assists in obtaining goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs. Provides excellent customer service.
Works with location manager on all safety and compliance issues.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows Conserv FS’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 or more years of retail related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic business principles of inventory management.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be able to obtain reliable transportation to and from work location. Frequently required to lift 50lbs as needed.
Frequently exposed to working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
