Job Responsibilities:

-Assist Manager to compile, verify, organize and analyze documents of the Company's properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
-Keep tracking, updating and maintaining proper documentary records for all the Company's properties / assets including files, approvals, land titles, agreements and relevant documents.
-Dealing and follow up with authorities & consultants on
the Company's properties / assets
matters.
-Handle full spectrum of administration duties within the department including coordinating and arranging meetings & preparing appointments.
-Ensure proper and accurate filling for all correspondence and documents, and assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, and reports.
Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management or other related qualifications.

-Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in property development or in a similar capacity.
-Basic knowledge and experience in handling project drawings, maps, landbank and valuation works.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
-Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local languages.
-Proficient in MS Office : MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SAP
-Able to travel anytime as required
-To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the management.
