About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Director of Digital Growth to build our DTC acquisition and retention strategy for Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll play a key role in our Shopify relaunch , build a full-funnel growth engine, and scale revenue across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and emerging channels. Backed by a growing, multi-million-dollar ad budget, this is a chance to design the playbook, not follow one.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & Growth Stack: Work closely with the Head of Brand to lead the relaunch, optimize CRO, tracking, and implement best-of-class CPG growth tech stack. Acquisition & Retention: Scale paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, influencer, CTV) and build lifecycle marketing to grow LTV and subscriptions. Leadership: Source top-tier agencies while developing the roadmap to build an internal team once we scale. Analytics: Establish experimentation frameworks, track KPIs, and use insights to drive growth. Financial Oversight: Partner with VP of Marketing and Finance to own forecasts, budgets, and P&L.
Qualifications
5+ years in growth/digital marketing (CPG/health/wellness preferred). Proven success scaling Shopify eCommerce via acquisition and retention. Deep expertise in paid media, lifecycle automation, CRO, and analytics. Experience managing $1M+ ad budgets and high-performing agencies, but you've also written your own ad copy or rebuilt a flow when needed. Strong analytical thinking, structured testing mindset, and creative instincts. You thrive in test-and-learn environments.
