THE ROLE:
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include structured finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance
* You will act for clearing banks, institutional lenders, challenger banks, alternative financiers, corporate borrowers, and public sector clients.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, commercial, property, and construction teams.
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship growth.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Applications are sought from Banking &
Finance Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE
* You will have strong drafting and transactional skills.
* A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
