D2G Group is looking for our first-ever Strategic Business Development Manager -a high-visibility role where you'll both roll up your sleeves to drive growth today and shape the foundation of our business development function for the future.
This isn't just another BD role. You'll be the go-to for outreach, lead generation, RFPs, and vendor onboarding , while also creating the playbook, strategy, and processes that will scale with us. If you're entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the idea of testing, building, and proving ROI, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Lead prospecting and outreach to generate and qualify leads.
Drive RFP submissions and secure vendor approvals with key customers.
Build relationships with external partners to expand market opportunities.
Test tools, cadences, and strategies to refine our BD approach.
Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, IT, and Operations to deliver effective sales collateral and onboarding.
Help design the future BD team structure as we grow.
What We're Looking For
5-8+ years in business development or B2B sales.
Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and winning new accounts.
Hands-on experience with RFPs, CRM, and lead-gen tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment.
Strong communicator who can engage customers, vendor partners, and internal teams.
