Key Responsibilities
Champion Safety Leadership

-Drive a culture of safety, ensuring daily risk assessments and open dialogue about jobsite hazards through TRACKS, T5s, and ITCP meetings.
-Attend crew meetings weekly and collaborate with Foremen to make safety a collective priority.
-Ensure all safety documentation is completed and submitted efficiently.
-Proactively coordinate Job Safety Audits and facilitate ongoing safety training in partnership with the Safety and Construction Manager.
-Maintain strong communication channels in the event of any incidents, ensuring all parties are informed swiftly and accurately.
-Hold every individual on site—employees, subcontractors, and partners—to the highest safety standards, fostering accountability at every level.
Optimize Equipment Performance

-Champion equipment care, ensuring all machinery is well-maintained, safe, and ready for peak performance.
-Empower operators with robust training and ensure all pre-shift checks and maintenance logs are up to date.
-Coordinate equipment movement efficiently, with clear communication and advanced planning.
-Implement innovative housekeeping practices to keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe.
Lead and Develop Exceptional Teams

-Collaborate with fellow Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure optimal staffing and skill development.
-Support onboarding and mentoring, nurturing the next generation of top talent in the field.
-Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging crews to master new tasks and refine existing skills.
Deliver Project Excellence

-Serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and superior results.
-Drive productivity and quality, keeping projects on schedule and within budget through forward-thinking planning and proactive communication.
-Take ownership of project readiness, visiting sites ahead of mobilization and ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless launch.
-Champion effective communication tools and protocols, enabling your teams to deliver at their highest potential.
-Provide constructive feedback and celebrate team achievements in cost control and production milestones.
Excellence in Administration
