As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Billing Processor to join our North America Sales Invoicing team in Mississauga.

As the successful candidate, you will be involved in:
-Preparation of monthly invoices for time and expenses projects and ad hoc invoices for fixed price/milestone invoices
-Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner
-Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing
-SAP contract creation and maintenance, solid understanding of project structure and invoicing methods
You bring to the role:
-College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, from an accredited institution
-Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience using SAP
-Strong time management skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Basic working knowledge of accounting
-Strong math, Excel and problem-solving skills
-Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
