ASSISTANT MANAGER PRICING & TRADE INVESTMENT
PURPOSE
Join the team that powers the future of adidas golf. As Assistant Manager Pricing & Trade Investment, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic trade investment agreements with retail partners. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure pricing systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business goals. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CREATE AND MAINTAIN WHOLESALE TRADE TERMS
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and manage trade terms for the Golf sales channel.
MANAGE PRICING SYSTEMS AND DATA INTEGRITY
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain pricing conditions in SAP and ensure system accuracy through regular audits.
RESOLVE PRICING AND ACCOUNT ISSUES
Investigate and resolve questions related to account setup, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring smooth operations and preventing future issues.
SUPPORT DISCOUNT APPROVALS AND CLAIMS REVIEW
Oversee exceptional discount requests and review pricing claims to ensure compliance and accuracy.
DELIVER REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
Provide actionable insights through ad hoc reporting for Sales, Finance, and account management teams.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels
-Skilled in managing multiple priorities independently
-Experience in compiling data into clear, actionable reporting
QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
-2–5 years of experience in data management, reporting, or financial analysis
-Advanced Excel skills required
-Familiarity with SAP preferred

-At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
