Position Competencies
In this Buyer II role, you will apply and expand your procurement expertise to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding purchasing environment.
Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while minimizing risk.
Supplier Management: Develop and maintain long-term supplier partnerships to ensure reliability and performance.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to support data driven purchasing decisions.
Cost Management: Drive continuous cost improvements initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost-saving results.

Organizes and prioritizes multiple procurement tasks based on urgency and business impact.
Experience Requirements
As a prerequisite for this role, you must possess a minimum of two (2) years of procurement experience and a minimum of two (2) years' experience with an ERP/MRP system. Other relevant experience may include purchasing, supplier management, order management, inventory control, estimating, or administrative support.

Base compensation range is $27-$37 hourly, depending on experience
Profit-Sharing Bonus Program paid 3 times per year
