About the Position
The Warehouseman position is responsible for the accurate accountability of all company tools and stored materials. The warehouseman fills and ships tool orders to the jobsites and maintains clear records of the dispatch and return of tools. The warehouseman is responsible for maintaining all tools in working condition. Working with the project superintendent, the warehouseman fills all material orders from company stock when possible and maintains an accurate record of material inventory. The position has a pay grade of $65,000-$75,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Control tool and material inventories. Maintain detailed records of tool assignments. Keep all tools well maintained. Fill and ship tool orders to jobsites. Maintain accurate inventory of all materials in warehouse and yard storage. Maintain all company vehicle maintenance records and inspections. Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma; or equivalent. 2 to 3 years of warehouse or general related work experience. Invoice monthly tool rentals to all active projects by the 20 th of every month Knowledge of commercial Construction and tools related to construction Must have good communication skills Willing to work flexible hours (Standard hours are 7:00am-3:30pm Able to run forklift Must be able to drive trucks and able to tow a trailer Knowledge of inventory and accountability processes
