About the Role
We are working with a confidential client in the hospitality and entertainment sector seeking a Director of Finance to oversee financial planning, accounting, and reporting across a large, multi-unit property. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to provide insights that drive profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions across a multi-unit venue.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and internal controls.
* Manage vendor contracts, audits, and capital project budgets.
* Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and growth.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
* 7+ years of finance leadership, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit operations.
* Strong technical accounting background with a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely reports.
* Excellent business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a complex, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
