Territory Sales Manager - Water Diagnostics (Germany)

Are you a skilled sales professional with experience in diagnostics or scientific solutions? We're hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take responsibility for nationwide sales across Germany in the growing field of water diagnostics. This role offers the chance to contribute to improving water quality and public health through practical, science-based solutions.

What You'll Do:

Build and Manage Relationships: Work directly with customers across Germany to understand their testing needs, identify opportunities for collaboration, and develop long-term partnerships.

Deliver Training and Support: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training, provide technical support, and help customers integrate testing systems into their workflows.

Drive Sales Strategy: Meet sales goals by following structured plans, participating in forecasts and budgeting, and working closely with internal teams to align on market opportunities.

What You Should Bring:

Sales Experience: At least 5 years in a sales role, ideally in life sciences, environmental diagnostics, water microbiology, or a related technical field.

Communication & Problem Solving: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to varied audiences.
*

Willingness to Travel: Open to regular travel (around 80%) across Germany, with the flexibility to manage a busy and varied weekly schedule.
