Geotechnical Engineer (Glasgow)

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer looking for a new position in the ground investigation industry. The specialist contractors, based just outside of Glasgow are seeking an ambitious engineer join the team on a range of positions across the Central Belt. You'll be provided with industry leading training, varied work and excellent opportunities your skills to.
The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered:

The Geotechnical Engineer will be:
* Overseeing ground investigations and piling work.
* Borehole logging and coring.
* Soil sampling.
* Factual report writing.
* Complying with health and safety practices.
* Liaising with team members.
To be considered for this Geotechnical Engineer position you should therefore have a degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering, geography or civil engineering. Prior experience in geotechnical engineering, geo-environmental engineering or engineering geology is essential. You must also live commutable to Glasgow, hold a full UK driving licence (travelling to site will be essential) and have a full right to work in the UK.
