Position: Senior Care Assistant (Day Shifts)

Compensation: A£14.80 per hour

Schedule:

* Day Shifts: 7am - 7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends

Location: Mansfield

Role Responsibilities

In this Senior Care Assistant role, you will lead and support a team to provide high-quality, resident-focused care.

Key duties include:

* Promoting independence and dignity for residents in daily activities
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth handovers
* Overseeing medication rounds and ensuring accurate documentation
* Supporting team members and addressing training needs
* Conducting regular one-on-one check-ins with staff
* Investigating complaints and upholding best practices

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
* Minimum two years' experience in a care home setting
* Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
* Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
