* Salary: A£27,600 - A£32,000 (inc. shift allowance & performance bonus)
* Working Hours: Mon-Wed 14:00-00:00 | Thurs 14:00-23:30
* Overtime Available | Permanent Role | Immediate Start
About the Role:
* You'll join a fast-paced, successful manufacturing team operating a variety of CNC machines-primarily lathes and VMCs-with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
* Operate and/or set CNC lathes and CNC VMCs
* Manage multi-machine cells: 3 spindles per operator (typically 2 CNC lathes + 1 VMC)
* Ensure quality, precision, and safety standards are consistently met
* Maintain production efficiency on the permanent PM shift
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or CNC Setter Operator
* Ability to work with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
* Comfortable running multiple machines within a cell
* A proactive attitude and commitment to quality
