SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary SEN Hub (Haringey)
An inclusive primary school in Haringey is recruiting a Psychology Grad, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work within their dedicated SEN hub. This is a long-term role until July 2026, working via the agency, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, complex learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and personal care. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the SEN team, supporting children of mixed ages and ensuring each pupil receives the individual attention they need.
The school has great transport links by bus and train, with the nearest station only 5 minutes' walk away. Staff enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment where training and development are strongly encouraged - This is a great opportunity for a teaching assistant to consolidate their experience.
