Reeson Education are looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive primary school in Southfields from November 2025. This is a rewarding role working 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil with Autism (ASD), supporting both academic and social development.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 SEN support to a child in Year 1 with Autism
*
Supporting learning, communication and behaviour strategies
*
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement plans
*
Encouraging confidence, independence and social interaction
*
Ensuring the child is supported in a safe and inclusive environment
Requirements:
At least 6 months' experience supporting children with SEN (Autism desirable)
*
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*
Reliable, patient and committed to long-term support
*
Available to work full time for the remainder of the academic year
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness )
