The Blueprint (Role Profile)
The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role is responsible for labeling, packaging, loading/unloading containers, and organizing products accurately and efficiently. The associate ensures that all warehouse tasks are performed in a timely, safe, and organized manner while maintaining quality and inventory standards.

The Build (Responsibilities)
-Receive and make labels and boxes based on zone and priority
-Determine and build packaging based on product size
-Use equipment to determine location of box contents
-Verify product number to the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) label
-Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks
-Order additional product from other locations when stock is low
-Move boxes to additional zones when complete
-Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed
-Follow safety regulations
-Loading products into a container, arranging them into secured pallets or organizing them in a secure way.
-Unloading products from containers and arranging them into secured pallets.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
-High school diploma/GED or equivalent
-Ability to consistently lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
-Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Previous distribution or warehouse experience
