What you'll do:
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Complex Deal Lead
for packaged and tailored to drive significant business scale-up by strategically guiding and improving our complex deal automation processes within the ATLAS world. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will be responsible for analyzing end-to-end business processes, developing improvement proposals, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and driving transformation improvements that lead to significant business outcomes.

-Drive Strategy: Play a pivotal role in driving the strategy for complex deals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing value creation.
-Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end business processes related to E2E customer journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization as part of the automation process.
-Proposal Development: Based on data-driven insights and industry best practices, develop compelling and actionable proposals for process improvements. Create requirements for IT for software development and continuous improvement.
-Continuous Improvement: Focus on driving transformation improvements to the automation of complex deal processes that result in measurable business outcomes and increased efficiency.
What you bring :

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Business IT, or a related field.
-Proven experience with business process analysis and improvement (end-to-end).
-Experience with SAP systems and processes.
-Understanding of SAP FI modules, including, but not limited to CI, CC, and RA.
-Familiarity with Private Cloud solutions is an advantage.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus points:

-Consulting experience or a background in a similar advisory role is a plus.
-Experience with cloud technologies and strategies
-Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
