The Role
This person will work with business, coordinating with Global and Regional FP&A to establish a platform, support and implement the regional finance transformation project.
What you will do:
-Deeper understanding of regional Financial Planning and Analysis team daily works
-Deeper understanding of work connections between FP&A team and all other functions (controlling, business, supporting functions) within the organization
-Analyse current FP&A job scopes and identify the future improvement areas.
-Establish finance transformation plans and support the plan implementation within the organization
-Uses ML (coding or non coding) solution to improve automatization for forecast, commission calculation and other routing FP&A jobs when applicable.
What you need to have:
-Bachelor degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting
-SAP experience preferred but not mandatory
-Power BI experience preferred but not mandatory
-Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
-Good interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
-Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
-Logical and analytical, with business acumen
-Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
