CNC Quality Technician
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Employment Type: Full-time 3rd shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CNC Quality Technician to join our team. This role supports our highly automated CNC operation, with over 95% of our shop equipped with robotic cells. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards, inspecting parts, and ensuring accuracy throughout our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures proper, accurate records, files, databases, etc. warranting supervisors' knowledge, action and / or resolution. Reports any deviation from requirements/standards to appropriate personnel as required and assists in the resolution of the deviation. Audit and inspect incoming and manufactured product, which includes receiving, first piece, in process, and final inspection for all assigned divisions. If discovering a quality problem, stop production of suspect product, and communicate the problem to manufacturing supervision and senior management. Create gage kits including proper assembly of gages. Calibrate gages as needed. Collect and receive gages from outside calibration services. Package and preservation of gages as required. Notify management if required gauging is not in our inventory for new or upcoming orders. Perform cell audits as required. Operate and calibrate CMM inspection equipment and other specialty gages as required. Ensures inspection area, equipment, and tools are maintained in an orderly and safe manner. Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of MSA systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Strong knowledge of GD&T. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple problems. Ability concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, units to manufacturing situations. Strong manufacturing and machining background. Basic computer skills in excel spreadsheets, word documents, databases.
