Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
As a human resources manager, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home. You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees. You will foster positive and open communication with your team members. You will maintain workers compensation files. You will oversee the recruiting and onboarding process. You will manage workman's compensation cases.
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing. Proficiency with or the ability to learn our company's HRIS. Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations. Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
