Key Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Systems Leader will identify, design, document, implement, and communicate improvements related to people, processes, and systems, with data and analytics as a central focus.
People:
-Increase sustainable system utilization to support Global and/or Regional Strategies.
-Develop roadmaps to enhance the system capabilities of Functional Power Users.
-Support daily business needs to achieve best-in-class indicators, integrating IT and end-users on key initiatives.
-Collaborate closely with Business Functions to understand new technologies and build business cases for IT resources.
-Drive sustainable Business Networks to foster knowledge sharing across regions.
-Act as a catalyst for the change management process.
-Enhance the approach to working with data, facilitating insightful questioning and enabling teams to derive actionable insights.
Process:
-Design, develop, and lead the implementation of end-to-end business process transformation and simplification initiatives for Global or Regional Supply Chain Processes.
-Ensure business processes align with Global practices.
-Seek and share global best practices across the organization, maintaining training materials and information repositories.
-Support Business Teams in resolving process issues.
-Lead process assessments to reduce manual work and improve system/process functions.
-Drive the creation and maintenance of Business Cases, ensuring measurable results.
-Ensure master data accuracy and robust governance processes.
Systems:
-Demonstrate proficiency in systems and their integration to work effectively with peers on integrated business processes.
-Understand current system limitations and identify solutions to meet business needs.
-Understand external market system solutions and their potential value to the organization, working with Business owners to develop business cases.
-Lead and manage GSC/GIT initiatives for Business teams.
-Support system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions.
-Partner with GIT and GPO in process and solution design review with user experience in mind.
-Understand current and future data requirements and ensure system solutions provide actionable analytics.
Qualifications & Education:
Required:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field.
-5 to 7 years of experience in various supply chain/operations roles.
-Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4 and satellite systems, including APO, IBP, WM, TM9, Kinaxis
-A strong understanding of system architectures and integration with strong data and analytical skills.
-Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
-Excellent documentation and training skills for process and system implementation.
-Understanding of Automation Technologies (e.g., Scripting and how they can be applied to improve process
Preferred:
-Undergraduate degree in STEM
-Demonstrated ability existing or new system solutions to business processes
-Expert knowledge of core strategic systems and architecture (SAP ECC/S4, APO, IBP)
-Knowledge of analytics platforms (Snowflake, DOMO, Sigma)
-Experience with integration tools (EDI, API)
-Knowledge of automation languages and platforms
