What you’ll do:
Position title: CPIT Partner and Ecosystem – SAP Next Gen
Location: Medellin, Colombia
Duration: Temporary role up to 2 years
In this role, you’ll:
We are looking for a committed and passionate colleague to support our team with a strong focus on the following activities:
-Comprehensive Executive Support to the Global VP for CPIT Partner & Ecosystem and to his cross-cultural leadership team
-Operational support:

-Building reporting and Insights to support strategic decisions
-Deep analysis on tool adoption figures via multiple report consolidations
-Supporting daily business operations Ad-Hoc requests in collaboration with the team members
-Financial Forecasting Support in Excel (External resources, travel & expenses.)
-Documentation and Presentation preparation: Prepare, update and refine materials including PowerPoint presentation, reports, and excel spreadsheets to support executive meetings and team alignment.
-Develop executive content for team meetings and stakeholders’ alignments
-Other ad hoc support within the CPIT Partner & Ecosystem team such as Project Management Support
-Preparation for and follow up from meetings, supporting notes and action items.
-Quick response and multitasking: Respond quickly to urgent demands from key stakeholders, maintaining high accuracy under pressure and independently solving problem with a proactive, solution-orientated approach.
-Facilitating knowledge sharing within the team
-Success Story coordination and support
-Plan and coordinate virtual team events
-Maintenance of distribution lists, team SharePoint, shared drives and communities
What you bring:
Education:
-Must be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree
-Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation
Requirements and Experience:
-Between one and two years of professional experience ideally within the tech industry as Sales Support, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Project Manager or Executive assistant.
-Ideally experienced in day-to-day interaction with multiple cultures across various time zones
-Excellent analytical skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
-Ability to deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environment
-Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
-Fluent in Business English
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to details and accuracy
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel.
About the team
The E2E Partner & Ecosystem Team (55 members) within the Customer & Partner Organization in CPIT (Corporate Processes and IT) is responsible for all aspects of process design and system implementation to support SAP Partner and Ecosystem Success (PES) Organization. Our team of experts, trusted advisors, product owners, and system engineers is dedicated to transforming and growing the partner ecosystem. Our goal is to design end-to-end processes that lead to automation, infusing AI and process intelligence for scalability and simplicity. We strive to make partner systems easy to use, while ensuring compliance and maintaining business integrity.
The Executive Business partner will be supporting the CPIT E2E Partner & Ecosystem leadership team as a partner and trusted advisor to drive internal efficiency through insights and operational supports.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to SAP’s go-to-market strategy while building a strong network of relationships across internal stakeholders and cross-cultural teams globally.
