Job Responsibilities:
-Work in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc. to enter and update project data
-Update website information for Crown sites as required
-InfoLink Software and Communication troubleshooting
-Infolink Hardware installation and troubleshooting
-Assist with customer calls in our call center
-Prepare spreadsheets, reports, power points, etc.
-Other IT and customer service related tasks as required, based on experience
Job Qualifications:
-Experience working with customers
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Experience with wireless troubleshooting and/or SQL is a plus, but not required
-Enrolled in a MIS, IT or other technology/business program.
