ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION ARTWORKER - SIGNAGE MANUFACTURING - BRACKLEY - FULL TIME - COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE + OVERTIME

Our client is a well-established signage manufacturer, supplying high-quality products across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Artworker to join their team in Brackley.
THE ROLE
* Ensuring all artwork is accurate and aligned with Design Packs and Text Schedules
* Preparing print/cut files for production (converting AI to PDF/DXF, etc.)
* Delegating tasks to production departments using software tools
* Printing and creating work orders and visuals for production
* Colour matching using Pantone and RAL references
* Supporting the wider production team with general artwork requirements
* Full training on in-house processes provided
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.
THE PERSON
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential)
* Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn in a production environment
* Must live in or be able to commute reliably to Brackley
THE PACKAGE
* Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
* Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate when required
* Full training provided on internal systems and processes
