Job Title: Director of Sales - Hotels - Ireland
Salary: A‚¬80,000 + Bonus
Location: Ireland
I am currently recruiting a Director of Sales to join a leading hotel group in Galway. As Area Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales across three properties, developing growth strategies, and maximising opportunities to cross-sell across multiple brands.
About the position
* Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing area sales team
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each property
* Support forecasting, planning, and lead generation initiatives across the hotels
* Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trade shows
* Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence platforms to maximise efficiency and performance
The successful candidate
* Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales management
* Multi-site management experience advantageous
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercially aware with strong analytical and organisational skills
* Sales-focused, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders
* Knowledge of the Galway market desirable but not essential
