Graduate Town Planner - Basingstoke

The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:
* Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
* Conduct research and provide advice on planning policies and regulations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
* Support senior planners in delivering a range of development projects.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) (essential).
* A strong interest in urban development, sustainability, and community planning.
* Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
A valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
