-Act as a trusted advisor to Retail and Functional leaders, providing proactive support on workforce planning, organizational design, and people development to enable business growth and achieve KPIs.
-Anticipate business needs and translate them into HR solutions, contributing to decision-making with data, insights, and market benchmarks.
Talent & Workforce Management
-Lead staffing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top retail talent, ensuring staffing levels meet business demands (seasonality, peak times, and new store openings).
-Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Rewards COEs to deploy initiatives that align with corporate guidelines and local market realities.
-Support succession planning and career pathing for store managers and retail talent pools to build a sustainable pipeline.
Employee Experience & Engagement
-Drive a strong culture of employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging through coaching, feedback, recognition, and development initiatives.
-Foster psychological safety and open communication channels to strengthen trust and reduce attrition.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
-Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments in close partnership with Rewards and in alignment with local benchmarks.
-Oversee compensation & benefits administration to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with labor legislation.
-Ensure accurate, timely delivery of HR processes (payroll, contracts, union relations) while safeguarding compliance with local laws and company standards.
HR Operations & Digital Enablement
-Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect brand values and comply with internal and legal requirements.
-Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity in SAP for org structures, headcount, and employee records.
-Leverage digital HR tools, analytics, and dashboards to monitor key metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance) and drive business decisions.
Leadership & Change Enablement
-Partner with retail leaders to build management capabilities, promoting accountability, ownership, and a feedback culture.
-Support change management initiatives (new business models, store formats, workforce strategies), ensuring alignment with global direction and local adoption.
-Be an inspirational leader who motivates and develops the team.
-Actively contribute to DEI and Wellbeing strategies, ensuring relevance and impact in retail operations.
