Responsibilities:

-Guest Experience Center Support:

-Assist in the daily operations of the Guest Experience Center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to guests.
-Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the Guest Experience Center.
-Online Radio Station Support:
style="list-style-type:circle"-
-Assist in the production and scheduling of radio commercials.
-Media Sales:
style="list-style-type:circle"-
-Identify and pursue potential advertising clients for in-house and on-premise media assets (print, digital, voice).
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
-Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
-Negotiate and close media sales deals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Media Asset Management:

-Manage the inventory and pricing of in-house and on-premise media assets.
-Ensure the quality and accuracy of all media assets.
-Stay Updated:

-Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in media sales and marketing.
-Continuously develop and enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged . 1-2 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field will be added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
-Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with CRM software (optional).
