Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: A‚¬50,000 - A‚¬55,000 gross per annum
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their team and oversee the daily operations of one of their high-end restaurants in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, capable of driving both excellent service standards and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards.
* Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in managing financials, including budgets and P&L.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish necessary
